Metanoia
It is widely known that individuals, especially as they enter university, drift away from their faith. As Metanoia leaders, our mission is to reignite the flame of faith in the hearts of our generation. Together, we aim to reconnect the youth with the truth, love, and hope found in Christ, building a foundation for a stronger, united Church.
The Lord said “Go into all the world and proclaim the good news to the whole creation” Mark 16:15. The youth are the church's future and important members of the Body of Christ. Metanoia strives to bring the youth together for joy and fellowship, and enliven their hearts for Christ as we journey through faith studies together.
Meet Our Leaders
My name is Matthew King, and I have been involved in ministry since 2021! My ministry experience includes but is not limited to leading faith studies, leading praise and worship, and facilitating large group events. I have been around since Metanoia's creation in 2021 and have since then seen it through every season, I look forward to journeying alongside the parish to bring youth to Christ and to provide for them a space of belonging and safety.
