Pastoral care

Provides pastoral or bereavement care to parishioners in their homes, hospices, long-term care facilities, senior’s lodges and nursing homes.  Pastoral Care brings the Holy Eucharist to those who are unable to attend Mass due to illness.  Mass is held twice per month at our senior facilities within our Parish boundaries.
